  1. Have a thriving International Prayer Movement to all nations, Branches, & Churches
  2. 1 International Prayer Conference per year
  3. 7 Regional Prayer Conferences (2x’s/year)
  4. Develop & Train Branch Leadership in being Saturated with the Presence of God (SPG)
    1. Deepening the SPG message within each of the Churches
    1. Mentor one another, peer to peer
    1. Mastery of HT materials
    1. Each Pastor/Leader experiencing ongoing Transformation by the power of God
    1. Developing Strategic Thinking & Plan
  5. Staff Meetings in preparation for expanded ministry
    1. 1 to 2 day Training Sessions (ongoing but 4 different Training Meetings per year)
    1. Mastery of all HT materials
    1. Experiencing ongoing Transformation & giving testimony to such
    1. Updating performance of Strategic Plan
    1. Updating spiritual health of each Branch
    1. Testimonies of churches moving into Revival

  7. Establishing a Leadership Coordinating Council for each nation  (Note: HT Coordinator oversees an area spiritually & developmentally)

  8. Consider cultivating other denominations who are already present in the nation & desire HT’s total message:  Assemblies of God, Presbyterian, Anglican

    1. Looking for Revival breakout
  11. Development & Strategic Planning with Pastor Dusu (2x’s/year)
