Bulus is an International Vice President of the Navigators. His responsibilities include overseeing the Ministry in the countries of Asia Pacific and International Leader Development. He is from Nigeria and has served as Navigators Regional Director for Africa.
Dave Palmer
Parker, CO
Beginning his ministry in 1972, Dave has served as:
– Dean of Students and Faculty at two Bible colleges
– Pastor of Christian Education in Michigan and Colorado
– Executive Pastor in two Colorado churches.
– Adjunct faculty for Denver Seminary as and Moody Bible Institute.
Dave has deeply invested in hundreds of leaders and continues to mentor pastors and Church-planters as well as Executive Directors of non-profits. Dave is deeply committed to the local Church thriving. Dave and his wife, Pam, have served the Lord together since their marriage in 1972.
A graduate of Sacramento Bible Institute, Dave has also pursued further education by completing degrees from
- Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary (M.R.E.)
- The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (D.Ed. Min.).
Currently living in Parker, CO Dave serves as the Director for Insights 4 Ministry, a coaching/Mentoring ministry especially for Christian organizations and first-time pastors or church plants.
