HEART TRANSFORMATION FOR KINGDOM LIVING PROPERTIES TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

   

The "Heart Transformation for Kingdom Living " logo and promotional materials in this Media site ("HT Properties") are designed to be used to generate promotional materials, such as posters, postcards, other printed materials, emails, etc., to promote a small-group or church-wide study of the "Heart Transformation for Kingdom Living Process" ("HT Process").

By signifying your agreement by clicking the "I Accept" button, you agree with the following Terms & Conditions of Use of the HT Properties and you will be permitted to download and print out, then copy and use, the HT Properties.

Terms and Conditions of Use

1. All articles and tools on the HT website are the sole property of HT and may not be reproduced without permission unless for your personal use or uses described below.  
2. The HT Properties are to be used only to create promotional materials for the HT Process. You agree to use the HT Properties only to promote HT classes and ministry, and for no other purpose.
3. You will not share your HT Properties access name and password with others, and agree to permit the HT Properties to be used only by persons that will use the HT Properties responsibly and in a manner that is respectful to HT’s mission, vision, and guiding principles.
4. If you are asked by the HT ministry to cease use of any of the HT Properties, you will do so. You agree that the HT ministry does not have to justify its request to you, and has the sole discretion to terminate your rights to use the HT Properties.
5. HT has the right to revise these Terms & Conditions of Use at any time, without notice, by updating this posting. You agree to abide by any revisions, and will check periodically for changes.
6. These Terms & Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and you agree that the courts of El Paso County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between you and the Heart Transformation for Kingdom Living ministry.

7.       You agree to share what groups are being formed and what God is doing through the HT ministry by recording it on this website.
